Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation
    • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order may be processed, and cancellations might not be possible.

  2. Refunds on Canceled Orders
    • If the order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour period, a full refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  3. Exceptions to Cancellations
    • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-cancelable after 24 hours due to the nature of production.
    • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may be eligible for a return or exchange based on our Return Policy.
  4. Order Adjustments
    • Changes to order details, such as product selection, delivery address, or payment method, can be made within 24 hours of purchase. Contact customer service for adjustments.
